The origin of responsibility is “selfless instinct” and “care about other species instinct”. These instincts are core of natural morals. “Selfless instinct” and “care about other species instinct” have their demands and want human answer them. Only wisdom can fulfill the demands of those instincts. The respond to the demands of “selfless instinct” and “care about other species instinct” create responsibility. The relationship between responsibility and healthy mind is so clear that insane persons are free to respond to their actions.
